Magnus Bane is a new and upcoming stylist for the Hunger Games, so far only working for a couple of Games. But his costumes for his tributes have been extremely popular with the Capitol up to this point. They’re different to normal, taking great care to not make them boring and the same as every other year. Having said that, he doesn’t support the Games or the Capitol. Of course those words have never been spoken out loud. But he would join the revolution without needing to be asked.
