In all the time he’d been with Camille, Magnus had only heard complaints from Alec about the noise they made no matter what they were doing. Other than that he barely talked to the man that lived below him. One of his first thoughts when Camille and himself had ended? At least Alec wouldn’t need to complain any more. That was maybe the single positive that he could think of. He tried to return to normal life anyway but in the evenings, he never really did much. Not like before.

It had been weeks and still nothing had changed. But the last person he expected to come knocking on his door, quite literally, was Alec. He almost opened the door but then backed away again when he realised who it was.
