Eyebrows raise in his direction, lips pressed together. She nodded her head, pretending to agree with him for a moment before sarcasm dripped from her words with a  GRIN, “ He actually said you SOBBED. “ 

“What a liar.” A pout formed on his lips for a moment or two but he couldn’t hold back the grin much longer. “Okay, maybe a bit.”
